  1. Select the 'Shutdown & Restart' tab
  2. To shutdown and leave the server powered down, click the 'Shutdown & Halt' button
  3. To reboot the server, click the 'Shutdown & Restart' button

On click of the 'Shutdown & Halt' button, the following dialog is displayed.

  1. To power down the device and leave it powered down, click the 'Shutdown Appliance' button.
  2. To cancel power down, click the 'Do Not Shutdown' button

Note: Once you power down the server, you will need console access to your virtualization platform to restart the appliance.

On click of the 'Shutdown & Restart' button, the following dialog is displayed

  1. To reboot the appliance, click the 'Restart Appliance' button
  2. To cancel reboot, click the 'Do not Restart' button
